Is there a mod that allows multi-class racing?

I remember seeing somewhere that there is a mod that allows that. What mod might that be, and how would that work?

In theory you could take the different chassis within a mod and then assign wildly different ratings to them to get what would be multi-class racing.

Super GT had 15 GT500 and 27 GT300 cars; so provided you had one set rated c.90 and the other set rated c.70 you'd get a multi-class racing analogue.
