Mencs18 paint schemes glitching /lagging / disappearing / stretching out

Hello Everyone i started having some mencs18 troubles i've getting an issue with some paint schemes on track here is whats happening
1. the paint schemes turn into anime cars
2. the paint schemes stretch out and you'll see the paint in the sky and the mod will lag badly
3 the mod will lag when the paint schemes are glitching on track and in replay mode.
4. decals will appear messed up in replay mode


Now i have two question can i just download the mencs18 mod again and transfer the cars

Or must i download all the paint scheme again

Please i hope someone can help its only with this mod Thanks in Advance!!!

i transferred the cars to a new mencs18 and its worse that mod now crashes the game @Mopar mad man
