If none of the great painters, or carset compilers on this site are answering you, there very likely is no secret magic link. You will likely have to download a program like Photoshop, or Gimp etc and create the schemes yourself.
I know it's hard to comprehend, but people actually create these schemes. They don't all magically exist in the internet world. Depending on the scheme, it can take several hours to create just one. If cars from 15-20 years ago are that important to you, then make them yourself, or at least try. Many of the talented people here would be more than willing to help. In fact, maybe it would be faster for you to make them yourself considering how much you keep repeating yourself across how many different sites?
Now, I have been around quite a few sites in my life, and I can't speak for admin, but I suspect you have to be careful to not get warned or even eventually banned. You are being very demanding and getting very repetitive. You were already asked to tone it down in another thread by a very reputable member which you acknowledged.
Keyword: repetitive. You have also asked for all these things on the nr2k3 runboards and people there got frustrated with you.
Also, I've noticed that if you actually contribute to this site, people here are more likely to help you. I've observed Stunod to be a very strong community with good morals and values. I don't know how much longer your shanagaans will be tolerated....

Like for example,
I've been busy helping on a project for missing 2010 stuff and even without a computer I'm still collaborating on getting it done. I've helped with looking for logos, asking about logos and as well as numbers and or bases.
Needless to say I'm very proud to have been able to get that project to a good chunk done. I gotta see where I'm at now to get done at next I'm pretty sure we're at the Prism Motorsports 66s or 55s? I can't personally recall.
You have nailed an absolute bullseye with exactly what you said about the other stuff too. You took the words right out of my mouth. Cause at the end of the day repetitive actions do get annoying after awhile. Like even when I tried helping for what I had for 2005 he wasn't satisfied. He still wanted the 18, 22, and 42s.
Like I had mentioned about what I had for 2005. It hadn't been touched since the pandemic so what was there is what you got. I wasn't trying to be rude about it I was just being honest. I've been apart of the NR community since 2009 and I'm still trying to do my part to help pay it back to those that have helped me along the way when I first came into the sim back then.
You also said it best with strong morals and values. That's how people will come back and help. I personally will help those that have been helpful to me and have been very respectful to me as well. Very strong kudos to you for putting your words out there. You definitely got a thumbs up from me

Look man, I get it, I get wanting certain schemes for NR2003, but I'm gonna tell you this right now, the more you keep asking for certain schemes over and over again, the more and more people are going to keep getting upset with you, so please be considerate when you are asking for schemes. One more thing, please start trying to look for the schemes yourself before going to forums and asking if anyone has it.

I appreciate it so much. I'm trying my best so hard with it all even without a computer I'm managing as best that I can I'm glad I still have these files preserved and saved out there. Once 2010 is done I think we're moving onto 2011 I believe don't quote me.

You don't look hard enough. The 2007 26 was uploaded on here. The 2005 0 was likely placed into my set that I uploaded in 2020. I found the 26 instantly by looking. I know the 0 was in my set because I was the one that compiled the 2005 stuff for everyone cause I was asked about it.
