Diphenhydromine is benadryl, and should help with the swelling. Ibuprofin is good for swelling and pain in general, but if your swelling is coming from an allergic reaction to a bite benadryl may be more effective, and you can take them together (just don't go past the recommended dose). So, in short, Dr @Highbank is right lol.Hand is still swollen from what bit me. It looks like I was in an accident and busted my smaller knuckles and all swelling up, smaller knuckles, back of hand and all sore and tight. Was like that during the race.
I need to go to a ... an .. uh what is there, an allergenist? Dermatological doctor? See why I have such extreme reaction to a mosquito(and whatever else) biting me now in these last few years. Used to come and go in the day mostly.
I am making it National "Slap a Skeeter" Day! LOL.

You may want to consider going to an urgent care or something though if it worsens or doesn't improve. Sometimes these bites or interactions can cause types of infections that cause significant swelling and other problems. Not to freak you out or anything lol, if the benadryl helps you are probably fine, but if it doesn't start to improve soon or if it worsens a trip to the doctor may be a better solution, if nothing more than to get something stronger to reduce the inflammation.

I may just take some of the Diphen-dryl ha. It has gotten better somewhat but needs the swelling to further be reduced.You run AMS2? Looking for more good peeps to join.

Cool cool. Ah, it would never run AMS2 then, pretty demanding. A good middle of the road and quite capable Video card is the GeForce 1660 Super. Good bang for the buck card all around. Efficiently tuned, does not require a crazy hi watt power supply. I am running a Ryzen 7 3700x, that 1660 card and all comfortably on a 550w power supply, Corsair 80 plus model. I have watt meters and I only push about 300w when doing the most intensive benchmarks and stress tests.

I may need to forgo this next Monday race. Going to race the Fun Bunch race tonight but I have been having a problem with the joint in my right pinkie that will not get better cuz I just have not given it a rest. I need to try not to race at all for a good week after tonight. Try not to even grip that wheel. Going to be tough! LOL.
I think that is the only way it will get better, if it will.
