@stEvN For your modern version, I love the fresh asphalt look. But might you maybe also include a sun baked asphalt (1+ years) that is a lighter grey as an extra 'trackmat'?
... so this is what Gravis City: Zone 7 1.6.0 looks like as of right now. Sorta. I've been very cagey about showing much of this track off here, but I think it's time I be a bit more open with it...
Making custom textures for Seattle Circuit. Pit fences, start/finish banner, frontstretch walls, pit garages, and a start/finish line. Still have billboards, rumble strips, arrow signs, and an overhead sign left to do, as well as anything else I find.
Didn't get around to putting any work into this for a couple of weeks but I was finally able to get the modern version mostly completed last night. Just need to finish some minor details and update logos and stuff and it will be good to go.
Moved the bus lot, made a ton of object adjustments (making sure stuff wasn't floating, re-positioned caution lights, etc.), updated some more object .mips that I initially left out, added more track lines and fence markings (cones and stuff), took out some grass near pit entry, and some other stuff. Even made the infield totally drivable now, before I had forgotten you could open segments on the left or right lol. I've also updated the fast setups to make them all more looser and maneuverable, and I also created a new minrace.lp to try and reduce some of the wrecks I was seeing. Update will be released after I get done making some track.ini changes. Very happy with the track now.
