AHH, so windows 10 updated on my pc and i cant play nr2003. does anyone else have that problem?

not for me cause I uninstalled nr2003 until they make a patch that allows the game to be played with the DEP security enabled

Who do you think is going to make such a patch, Papyrus is gone. This is as close as you will get.

Windows has updated several times since I put all my sims on it and not once has any of them failed to run, including NR2003, what are you guys doing wrong?

Check this. I posted a link to a No-CD Patch that WILL WORK WITH NEWER WINDOWS.

I run Windows 10 and NR2003 runs damn near perfect
