No Spotter Mod
the crew chief is still there,
race control instructions are still there,
but the spotter is mia.
this would be historically correct for SRX, IROC, and anything pre-1984ish.
spotters became manditory for NASCAR by the mid-90s, before that it wasn't entirely legal to use a spotter(s).
