this is a complete mip pack upgrade for Papyrus' Red Rock International Raceway. (nr2003 version)
just about every mip has been restored to it's original uncompressed HQ, or upgraded to nr2003 hi-res. and a few customs too.
this pack does not include the track itself. that can be downloaded from FSB Racing...
