Heya Ziggy,
I did a little looking into what you got there and it seems you are running the highest CPU(APU) the MoBo will support. I think it is pretty much on par with say the fastest Core2 Quad there was or in the next gen maybe in the i3-3200 range for Intel comparisons. - In the AMD Ryzen range maybe one of the lowest end Ryzen 3 Mobile/Notebook CPU.
You have a great amount of memory at least :)
Major bottleneck is that you are running the Integrated Graphics which really bumps heads with data going to and from the memory and all, as well as not being very powerful...
- I do have an old AMD HD 6850 I think it is that is dated but was very fast, faster than the integrated you have and it will help twofold as the CPU will be off-loaded and you won't be sharing memory and slowing things down as well as having a faster dedicated video card. The CPU will generate less heat as well.
I could send it to you for $20.00 to cover shipping and a few bucks for the card... :) That is about all I can spare now.
I am pretty sure it will help quite a bit.

Another thing you can try is since you have a 1920x1080 monitor it seems, which is 16:9 ratio, you could try running the game at 1600x900 resolution which is a true 16:9 ratio and should jive with the monitor geometry fine and not look too bad. Would shave a good weight off all the graphics functions the system is coping with.

You really could use an upgrade of platform to newer. Sure you know that but maybe cannot afford it. But much is quite GPU intensive and you have a major bottleneck there so you could stretch it some with a better/newer video-card. Your BIOS may and probably only support so far.
I had that card laying around from an earlier PC of mine. I have been building the darn things since the DOS days LOL.

Stay well! and I hope to check out your NR2003 soon!

Heya Zig, got to thinking, maybe that 6850 is too power hungry for the PSU that came with that PC, May have something else that does not require an extra power connector but still will have much better performance than the integrated. Let me know if you are looking to stretch what you got a little more.

Just an FYI.. Im gonna shoot for 2:04's by loading up on fuel.. I won't be there till 8:45 or so, so if you're there early turning laps, consider adding/subtracting fuel to get in a similar lap time frame, if possible. Hoping for as many cars to be in sight of each other, as possible!

What the hell?

Time of qual and race was set for 21:00 hours. (9 pm) Practice was fine. Not sure why Trae and John are using the same CSP version, but Trae gets dark (normally) but was light for this one. Most of us switched to CSP version 1.73 and it made it light. But Jeb and Andy couldn't get it to show daylight. They showed like the pic above with the disco lights. (Not sure if they actually got -in- their car to see, or just went of that shot of the pits?) But, I'll see if I can track down why they have wrong time of day.
