One of the textures seems to be broken with my Xfinity Cup Series cars.

I was going to record the FASCAR Outlaw Steakhouse Series race, but there's something wrong with the cars, they have a blank body with numbers on them. Can you guys fix this?

Double check the file size and/or texture size for the carfile. It's possible that due to it being abnormally large, NR is breaking because of it.

2 car files have a 5 or 6 kbs file size, how do I shrink them?

You sure you don't mean MB in size? The only thing that should be single-digit KB in size are roster files.

For context, a carfile with a 2048 car texture and a 1024 crew texture should be hovering right around the 1.5-2.0 MB size when the textures are compressed, and that's already somewhat pushing the limits of the game. Anything larger than 4 or 5 MB iirc can break the game, especially if the car textures are high resolution, and uncompressed.

Yeah, I try to record the race but not only the some of cars has no paint, the windows are black for some reason.

Well looking at the file sizes even without downloading the cars, I can already tell you that the 6 and 40 are for sure the problem children, seeing as how they're 6.7 and 5.2 MB respectively. The 3 and 1 shouldn't be having issues considering they're both under 2 MB

Have we tried deleting the mod and then reinstalling it?

There might be one errant 1 or 0 in a line of code somewhere that could be impossible to track down.

I did, but it still has the problems with the flickering windshields.

Ok, I somewhat figured it out. It's a track issue rather than a car issue.
