2003 Alltel Base [Replica] 2.0

In 2003, Ryan Newman and Team Penske entered the season coming off a fantastic rookie campaign that saw him edge out Jimmie Johnson for ROTY honors the previous year. The season kicked off with a bang - literally! Despite a violent wreck that saw him flip wildly in the Daytona 500, Newman was able to capture 8 wins and 11 poles, earning the nickname Rocket Man. I have replicated the base seen on his primary Alltel scheme for the NCS22 mod created by the Full Circle Racing Designs team, specifically the Mustang model.
