2007 Alltel Base [Replica] 2.0

In 2007, Ryan Newman experienced more of the same as he did in 2006. He also saw a new look for 2007, as his scheme moved away from a primarily black base with white and blue accents to a primarily blue base with white and black accents. I have replicated the base seen on his primary Alltel scheme for the NCS22 mod created by the Full Circle Racing Designs team, specifically the Mustang model.
