2006 Alltel Base [Replica] 2.0

In 2006, Ryan Newman was entering his 5th full time season in the NASCAR Cup Series, and it was a far cry from his 2003 season. While he didn't have as many DNFs as he had in 2003, he also didn't win any races that year, either. I have replicated the base seen on his primary Alltel scheme for the NCS22 mod created by the Full Circle Racing Designs team, specifically the Mustang model.
