2008 Alltel Base [Replica] 2.0

In 2008, Ryan Newman kicked off the season with a bang - in a positive way this time - by winning the Daytona 500, his first win since New Hampshire in 2005. While that was his only win of the season, it still was a big one. As I said, it was the Daytona 500, but it was also was Rodger Penske's first Daytona 500 win as a team owner. I have replicated the base seen on his primary Alltel scheme for the NCS22 mod created by the Full Circle Racing Designs team, specifically the Mustang model.
